Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was fortunate enough to hear about this outfitter through some friends of mine. They offer full service for motorcycle enthusiasts. You can get picked up from the airport, take advantage of their accommodations and a beautiful breakfast in the morning, get expert advice from the owners and travel ideas. It’s also the only place in Europe, where you will find coffee that tastes this good for a reasonable dollar value… Same goes for a cold beer :-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Shipped with Stephen's containers from Seattle to his place with storage and my home base. I call ahead and make reservations for a night where he has arranged an airport pick up at the (Treffen Point) FRA. To where my bike is plugged to a charger, grab my stored gear in his storage areas. Steffen arranges ADAC, insurance and offers support in event of a breakdown. I find a local restaurant or hop a train to Heidelberg center. Motorcycle supplies are about 12/miles 30” away in a street row of supportive MC shops. Talk to the other bikers and review travel stories while packing or my bike-fixing it in the shop and then riding to where ever. THis is a very good starting point for touring EU. Practical and not pretentious.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Knopf is famous in the motorcycle world. If you’re riding in Germany you must stop for a day or 2. Nice simple rooms. Space outback for tents. A repair area. A wash rack. Cold beer in the refrigerator.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: i want to give a shout out to chris who went over and above to help transfer my bike on literally half a day’s notice. he shuffled schedules around, retrieved the bike, suitcase, panniers, etc and helped get it safely onto the transport. great service, highly recommended!

When I arrived, the bike was washed and connected to the power tender to charge the battery after long storage and even he checked the tires air. Great place to rest and makes thing ready before you start or end your motorcycle trip.

Negative Erfahrung: من واقع تجربة في التخزين معاهم ، مع انه ماعندي اي مشكله باني ادفع رسوم مقابل اي سيرفس او خدمه اطلبها، ولكن التعامل معهم صعب ، التسليم والاستلام اصعب، مافي اي اهتمام بالدراجه فتره التخزين ابدا، كل مره استلم الدراجه اضطر ابدل البطاريه لأنهم مايشحنونها وقت التخزين، مهما حاولت اطلب منهم سيرفس مافي رد بالشهور واخر شي السيرفر اللي طلبته مايسونه، وحتى ابسط الأمور اطلب منهم غسيل الدراجه بفلوس، ولكن في النهايه تي تستلمها بوسخها من سنه، التواصل سيئ جدا

They provide excellent service for all manner of details in importing, insurance, roadside assistance program (via the German ADAC) and will help you keep your bike maintained and road-ready. The B&B is basic, but a good value. Bring earplugs for sleeping because there are train tracks nearby. Really do like this place!
