Negative Erfahrung: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Homa Travel. In my case, there were serious communication problems and several contradictions that have never been properly explained. One of the company's employees told us that I could obtain my Iranian visa at the airport in Turkey. Later, the company denied that this information had ever been given. These contradictory statements caused unnecessary stress and confusion. The agency was fully aware of our planned departure date to Iran. Nevertheless, in my opinion, my visa approval was not forwarded to me in time. To avoid missing our flight, we had to travel to Berlin at very short notice and visit the Iranian Embassy. At the embassy, I was initially told that there were no documents relating to my visa. Only after a lengthy discussion and repeated requests was my visa finally issued. To this day, I have never received a clear and convincing explanation as to why the statements made by Homa Travel and those made by the embassy were so contradictory. What disappointed me most was the customer service. Instead of openly clarifying what had gone wrong, I felt that responsibility was avoided and new explanations were provided that only raised further questions. For this reason, I will never use Homa Travel again for visas, flights, or travel arrangements. In the future, I will apply for my Iranian visa myself online, as the embassy staff took the time to explain the procedure clearly and professionally. Everyone is, of course, free to make their own decision. However, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company and hope this review helps other customers make an informed choice.
