Negative Erfahrung: It's not the first time I booked with this travel agency but certainly my last. Because of the current Corona situation the airline allows 1 free rebooking but when trying to rebook they are asking for 140 Euros per ticket and are trying to fool us by finding absurd reasons. When I tried to counter them with the official statement from the airline they said it's for special passengers whereas in the official document nothing as such is mentioned. Lack of professionalism and just trying to make money thinking that all people are stupid and believe everything they are saying. And this also during a critical time when rebooking is often required!

Negative Erfahrung: Tried to charge me 140EUR p.p for 1st date change (Air India) even though the carrier had made it clear that its free of charge. When I confronted with these details he asked me to get it done myself through airline. If we can do it ourselves there is no need for such unprofessional agents! The response from Air India booking center confirming no rebooking fee on 1st date change. The travel agent should be aware of these things during covid times rather than pasting default fare conditions.

Positive Erfahrung: They are good in business. We did many reservations and also booked flight tickets too. Some time we need to expalin 3 to 4 times even though they did mistake. But in the end task is performed very well. They also speak in Hindi too.

Got to know about it just before the day of flight when trying to check in. When enquired about it their reply was CARELESS and RUDE(well, they gave me a different airline the same day but it messed up my plan).. I would definitely not recommend Bobby travels.

I bought a ticket and travelled to Pakistan 11th jan 2019 and returned 28th feb 2019 but unfortunately all my flight was cancelled and l have called 100 Times from Pakistan to this travel agent for help but not answered my call. Then I requested to a friend who lives in Germany. He called and get the answer "we are sorry ". Next day i reached to Etihad airways office and made my flight confirmation myself. I have wasted my money and time for Bobby travels.

They have time for their customers even when the customer is requesting to listen him out for a minute and the person from the Bobby Travels ended call so rudely saying he has got a lot of other things to do. You have been my trusted partner for flight ticket booking for last three years. But not anymore! Reply after response: For your information, there was a reason for calling at 9am on Monday after emailing on Sunday. You thought I needed a dummy ticket whereas I needed a travel reservation, payment for which I wanted to do after visa is confirmed which is usually 1 to 2 weeks after application. You failed to listen, even when you say that you don’t provide any support there, you failed to explain. Your response to this review doesn’t cover up for your rudeness during the call.
